Evergreen Furnishings’ redesign of the Lake Washington Resource Center was a  blend of functionality and aesthetics with the focus on balancing the need for practicality and creating an inviting atmosphere. With durable, sustainable materials that could withstand heavy use we also carefully thought out how to maximize space efficiency without sacrificing comfort. Collaborative areas were interspersed with quiet zones for focused work, catering to the diverse needs of the center’s visitors.  Ergonomic furniture ensured that patrons could work for extended periods without discomfort. Additionally, Evergreen Furnishings incorporated flexible furnishings that could be easily rearranged to accommodate different activities or events, ensuring the space remained adaptable to evolving needs.
